Project Management:
As automation and streamlining processes to increase productivity are our primary goals as a company, ACS purposely runs with a resource base that emphasizes the importance of time beyond what might be considered usual. Established due dates and mile stones are goals we will always try to reach, and we will always keep our customers informed of the dynamic progress of their projects.
To help us accomplish this, we assign a project number to each individual project. After we have determined the specific tasks and field of expertise necessary to complete your project, we then create a WEB portal and assign a project manager. All future communication with your assigned project manager, such as documents, and file sharing is centralized via this portal, instead of through traditional emails and conference calls.
As each project is of equal important to us, regardless of their size, we only accept as many projects as we can work on at any one time. No project is ever postponed for the sake of another, and each client is given the same priority. This philosophy has worked for our company, and is essential to our continued support of your future projects.
Cost efficiency is very important for our company as well as those of our customers. And, while all of our design, programming, and development work are done internally, we do use several “project partners” for things like metal fabrication, machining, and panel building. We have found that while we excel in our own field, it more effective to allow others to excel in theirs. By incorporating these value added-services into the initial planning of your project on our end, we are able to remove any additional scheduling or supervisory input from your end, and achieve the most cost efficient solution.
Because we treat each project as unique, believing there is no such thing as a “standard project” from which all other projects can be created, you will probably find that we require a great deal of information in the initial planning and quoting phase of your project. This not only allows us to better understand the scope of your project, but is also vital to determining the scope of work that we are being asked to do for your company.
By accurately defining your project’s scope, we are able to finish your project within your specified time and budget requirements, at our required level of quality.
